SHIPMENT COSTS
Sweden

DHL Pickup Point: For orders below 499 kr the shipping cost is 49 kr
Budbee Home Delivery: For orders below 499 kr the shipping cost is 69 kr.

Denmark
For orders below 399 dkk the shipping cost is 39 dkk

Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg & Netherlands
For orders below €45 the shipping cost is €5,95

France & Spain
For orders below €45 the shipping cost is €8,95

- Pickup point: DHL
- Home Delivery: Budbee (please note that deliveries happen in the evening, meaning it is NOT recommended for businesses).

Denmark
- DHL (uses Bring for local deliveries)

You will receive an SMS or email as soon as the carrier has picked up your package.

Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France & Spain
- DHL (could be local companies handling the shipment locally)

You will receive an SMS or email as soon as the carrier has picked up your package.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
For uncollected packages that are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for return shipping, expedition charges as well as handling fees.

For orders to Sweden the fee is: 190 SEK
For orders to Denmark the fee is: 170 DKK
For orders to Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands & France the fee is: €18

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently only sell food items we can unfortunately not accept exchanges or returns for any purchased items. Sorry about this!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We understand that things can break and that humans make mistakes. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the products you’ve received are wrong, damaged or in a condition that makes them inedible, please contact us at support@digsnacks.com. Please include the following information in your email:

- Email address on which the purchase was registered
- Order number
- Customer name
- Attach photo
