Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship within Sweden.
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in southern Sweden. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days following the day the order was placed.
The shipping charge, if applicable, is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The shipping charge is announced when placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we currently only sell food items we can unfortunately not accept exchanges or returns for any purchased items. Sorry about this!
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We understand that things can break and that humans make mistakes. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the products you’ve received are wrong, damaged or in a condition that makes them inedible, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Email address on which the purchase was registered
- Order number
- Customer name
- Attach photo
